READY FOR YOUR OUTDOOR PLANS

You should know what the number means.

NATPAT’s field trial tested mosquito-repellent stickers in the Philippines using WHO test protocols, alongside a chemical family repellent. It reports 456 minutes above 80% protection for the stickers and 482 minutes for the comparator. Those are protection-window results from that trial, not a guarantee for every wearer. The separate laboratory test measures how long the sticker material repels mosquitoes. Keeping those two results separate makes the evidence easier to judge.

FAQ'S

Does 95% mean 95% of mosquitoes were repelled?

No. The 95% compares the length of the two protection windows: 456 versus 482 minutes above the 80% threshold.

Was it approved by the WHO?

The trial followed WHO test protocols. That is not the same as WHO approval or endorsement.

Does the 10-hour laboratory result mean I should wear it for 10 hours?

No. The material test and the field protection result are different. Follow the wearing and replacement directions.

Why do some customers still report bites?

A trial result is not a guarantee for every setting or wearer. Customer results vary, including reports of bites even with multiple patches.

What is BuzzPatch?

BuzzPatch is a plant-based mosquito repellent patch that attaches to clothing. It contains essential oils, including citronella, and no DEET.

Does it really work?

Its essential-oil scent helps repel mosquitoes. Apply as directed before going outside and follow the replacement directions.

How many patches do I use?

Follow the adult pack’s placement directions. Apply patches to clothing on the upper and lower body as directed.

How long do they last when worn?

For best results, refresh after the day’s activities or every 8 hours. Keep unused patches in the resealable pouch.

How do I use it correctly?

Apply to clothing, not directly to skin. Follow the label, keep patches away from the mouth, and keep unused patches out of children’s reach.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your destination. See the main product page and shipping policy for the current delivery estimate.
