Ok, when I purchased these, I really didn't expect them to work. But they do! I wish they had some in different styles for adults but other than that these are great and I'll definitely be purchasing these again. I don't even think about food until I actually get hungry now, rather than craving something.

These work. They’ve really helped me stay away from chocolate! It’s more mind over matter now! It’s stopped the cravings I feel towards anything sugary. Only gripe is I wished they made some adult style stickers.

I bought these for myself. I have a love/hate relationship with sugary foods and have been advised to cut down. If these can help me deal with my cravings like the mosquito patches do then I’m all in.

My kids love picking out the cool stickers and it’s been a part of our daily routine. I’m finding the excessive eating in our house and become less and less.
