How to add a gift message to your order

Step 1
Add a pack or two of NATPAT stickers to your cart. Not sure what to gift? Check out our recommendations here.

Step 2
At checkout, select "add a gift message," then add your heartfelt message and the recipient's email. Choose when to send your message.

Step 3
Enter your recipient's delivery details and proceed to payment. Once your order is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email, including the gift message you wrote.

Step 4
The gift message will be sent at your chosen time (instantly, at a specified time, or when your order arrives), and the order will be sent directly to your lucky recipient.
Have Questions About Gifting NATPAT Stickers?
Add the products you would like to send as a gift to your cart. Once you click through to the checkout page, select ‘ADD A GIFT MESSAGE’ and add a personalized message and the recipient’s email address. Choose when you would like to send your message and click ‘save message.’
Fill in the delivery details with your recipient's address, then double-check that you have entered your email address and your recipient’s email address in the correct fields before completing your order.
Your gift message will be sent to your recipient at the specified time chosen by you, and the physical order will be delivered to them (or the nominated address for delivery) within our standard delivery timeframes.
While we do not currently offer a gift-wrapping service, your goods will be delivered in our amazing branded envelopes, which we think look pretty nice (even if we do say so ourselves…).
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email that you will receive once the order has been dispatched.
Once we have dispatched your order, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to access our delivery partner's tracking system. There, you can see where your order is and when it is due to arrive.
If your order has not arrived by the predicted delivery date or if there have been no tracking movements, email us at [email protected].
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be altered. You are responsible for providing the correct information at checkout. This includes the recipient's shipping address, email address, and contact number. So always double (even triple!) check before you process your order!
Yes! You can use a discount code, as long as your cart meets the requirements of the particular code or relevant promotion.
While we’ll try our best not to be too upset by this decision, your recipient is very welcome to return their gift, as long as it meets the requirements of our returns policy.
We encourage you to get in touch, so we can help your recipient find something they might enjoy if not the gift you’ve already given them.
Your recipient does not need to be at home to receive their goods, as long as there is a safe place to deliver their package on the premises. If not, our delivery partner will take it to the nearest post office or collection point, and you will receive notification of this via your tracking emails.

Great for Toddler! This product is great for my toddler. Less chemicals and less mess than a spray. Seems to work great so far! The main reason we purchased was for our toddler, so the product is 5 stars for that reason!!! My husband did try to use them. Used 4 as recommended. They didn’t work for him, but being 215lbs, I think he could have used 5-6.

Buzz Patch is Great! At camp last summer and this summer, I was one of the only people without mosquito bites. Most everyone was using the Off bug spray while I used a small sticker. I also love that they are stickers and easy to apply without having to spray my body. BTW - the camps were in 2 different locations. Highly Recommend!!

Incredible Stickers! These stickers (we use sleepy patch and mosquito repellent) are incredible! We had our kids being bitten multiple times a night to nothing at all with one of these stickers!! Sleepy patch stickers, my daughter usually comes out 100,000 times before she falls asleep. First night with one of these stickers and she did not come out once. I cannot recommend enough!

Mood calming, Excellent! My son has been wearing them since January. They have helped him so much. Obviously he still has bad days but not like before we used them. He is even aware if he doesn’t wear one it affects him negatively. Just wish they were in plain clothes as I think the animals are a bit childish

The little boost we needed! Our 6yo has ADHD. The school really struggle with him as he is too smart for his grade but his behaviour is disruptive and he gets extremely emotional. We started using the focus enhancing and mood calming patches. They take enough of his irritability and focus issue away that allows him to input his therapy “toolbox” and progress throughout the day. For us it has been a great alternative to meditation. Definitely worth a try.

Great for Kids! I really don’t like giving my kids any type of allergy meds when the season gets bad with their running noses. They rarely want to play outside anymore but since getting the AllergyPatches, they’ve been so excited to go outside and play and not be bothered by their allergies. Great for Pets! These tick repellent stickers are fantastic for my cat. They contain no chemicals and are much less messy than topical treatments. So far, they seem to be working perfectly! We primarily bought them for our cat, so they get a 5-star rating for that! My husband also tried using them for our larger dog. We followed the recommendation of using 2 stickers, but considering the size, I think 3-4 stickers would work better.
