This role is for someone who treats social like culture, not marketing — and can turn community into a fandom.

What You’ll Own

You’re the engine behind NATPAT’s daily momentum across TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), and YouTube Shorts — plus the community layer that turns viewers into repeat buyers and loud superfans.

  • Consistent growth + engagement across short-form platforms
  • More UGC posted about NATPAT (not just by NATPAT)
  • Viral/near-viral hits through trend timing + format mastery
  • Founders showing up on-camera with “creator energy”
  • A community that comments, shares, and participates like it’s a club
  • A creator pipeline that’s always moving

Daily

  • Trend intel + NATPAT-ready post concepts
  • UGC mining + remixing
  • Comment + DM culture in brand voice
  • Creator outreach + pipeline management
  • Drafts always ready across platforms

Weekly

  • Founder filming pack
  • Performance recap & learnings
  • Community challenges
  • One weekly creator activation

Monthly

  • Superfan program
  • New format experiments
  • Launch storytelling arcs
