Shipping Policy

At NATPAT, we work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way as quickly as possible.

NATPAT ships from a network of fulfillment centers located around the world. Orders are typically shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination, helping us provide fast delivery and free shipping on most orders.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods such as major sales, product launches, and holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide.

If we are unable to ship to your location for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a refund where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

Many orders are fulfilled from local warehouses within the destination country, helping us deliver orders faster and reduce transit times where possible.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Most NATPAT orders qualify for free shipping.

If shipping charges apply to your order due to your location, shipping method, or other factors, any applicable costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may also offer special shipping promotions and upgraded shipping options.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product where possible.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

While we will always do our best to help, NATPAT cannot guarantee carrier delivery performance once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays due to weather events, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, peak holiday volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations occur.
